Health Benefits of Olives

1. Hair and Skin Health

Because olives are full of antioxidants (most importantly vitamin E), eating them on a regular basis can strengthen your hair and skin. When you have enough antioxidants in your body you are protected against cell damage that leads to aging skin and weak hair.
